Project Description
The project will test career development recommendations for a minimum of 2 years and in a minimum of 9 organisations across Europe, which provides sufficient time to analyse the possibilities and effects of implementation in the chosen institutions through specially designed interventions. Through a specially devised action plan, a set of options will be offered to support organisations to achieve real institutional changes. The project aims to encourage collaboration between researchers, managers and administrators in research, taking into account the real needs of both the academic and non-academic sector.
The Role of CPN:
The Center for the Promotion of Science participates in the project as the leader of work package 6, which focuses on communication, dissemination and exploitation. Center plans and coordinates adequate communication and dissemination of project objectives, methods and work progress, as well as the promotion of project results during and after the completion of the project. Work Package 6 aims to connect diverse actors in the research sector across Europe by offering a space for knowledge exchange and collaboration to effectively advance research careers. In the closecollaboration with the whole consortium, the Center will strive to promote research framework, belonging action plan and concrete interventions for institutional changes in the European research system.
