The central segment is an exhibition which showcases various global consequences of climate change (melting of the polar ice caps, rising temperatures and acidification of the seas, climatic extremes, such as fires). The exhibition emphasises the direct impact of climate change on biological diversity, but also on the spread of invasive species, high mountain and wetland habitats, and the biodiversity of cities, and offers answers on how to contribute to the preservation of biodiversity.
