Project Description<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The FemPower consortium will develop tools, methodologies, open educational resources, a peer learning network and a cross-sectoral multidisciplinary collaboration that will increase inclusion and diversity in the Clean Energy Transition, develop STE(A)M in higher education, in particular women participation in STEM and promote interest and excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. All the tools and methods developed within the FemPower project will be tested and evaluated within the project, through the relevant teaching\/training activities and implementations resulting in an initial population of participants (teachers\/trainers\/researchers) that will benefit directly from the project results during the project\u2019s duration. Further networking system and the yearly continuation of the MOOC will insure and promote long-term sustainability of the implemented solutions in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Role of CPN<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

CPN is in charge of the intellectual output that aims at developing an evaluation method and a tool for participatory, co-creative approach and activities, in order to integrate a gender diversity perspective within related CET processes and practices. The Center is also actively presenting and disseminating project activities and resources within the educational community of Serbia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
